Monkey beach house is designed to accommodate 10 people comfortably.

The house has five bedrooms and is only rented to one group/family at a time.

Guests  do not have to share with the host or other guests.

Contact us with your preferred booking dates and the number of guests, and we will send you a quote and terms of rental. Quoted rates apply to both residents and non-residents.

The house is rented on a self-catering basis but comes with a cook and housekeeper to make your holiday enjoyable. The rates quoted are inclusive of housekeeping and cook services.

 Discounts are available for stays of more than 10 nights.

* Discounts are not available during peak periods.

​​An additional bed may be added at an extra charge of 10% of the quoted rate per night per adult and 5% per night for a child under 12 yrs. A baby cot is available at no extra cost.

Please note that an enquiry is treated as just an enquiry until it is confirmed by payment of a deposit. We operate on a strict 'first come, first served' policy and can only confirm your booking upon receipt of your deposit.
